Attorney Lizary Mendoza was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. She is admitted to practice law in the State of California and is also licensed to practice law in the Dominican Republic. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

In 2017, she earned her law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Two years later, she obtained a Master’s degree in Civil Procedure from the same institution.

After practicing law in the Dominican Republic, Attorney Mendoza relocated to the United States in 2019, where she pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in American Law at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Attorney Mendoza has dedicated her career to U.S. immigration law. She has worked at immigration law firms in New Jersey and in Los Angeles, California, where she gained extensive experience handling a wide range of complex immigration matters and helped hundreds of individuals and families pursue their immigration goals.

With over seven years of experience in immigration law, her practice focuses on removal defense, bond hearings, detainee representation, and immigration matters before USCIS.
